Description: This is a sales position. You will receive incoming leads for prospects interested in technical or application training. The main responsibility is to identify business opportunities within incoming leads, explore client needs, suggest training solutions and continue to penetrate in the corporate accounts. Candidate must be able to gain a solid understanding of NetCom's course offerings during new-hire training program. We are setup to provide sales support to members of our sales team who work remotely. Prior training industry sales experience required for working remotely / working from home option. Responsibilities include: Provide consultative solutions to clients to meet their learning / training needs Follow NetCom.s account management policies Service clients before, during and after their training Continue to penetrate corporate accounts / look for more training opportunities Set and attains progressively increasing sales and collection goals Qualifications: Sales experience required (1-3+ years in IT training industry preferred) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline High productivity with minimal supervision Dynamic, straightforward and honest team player Excellent customer service skills Excellent follow-up skills Excellent phone skills Excellent organizational skills Computer / MS Office / Internet savvy Benefits include: Work in a team environment where people enjoy what they do and have a focus on client satisfaction Excellent base and commission pay structure.
